Quality of Life

A resident leader came to us with a problem where seniors were afraid to come into the lobby of their building. Solution: Install Virtual Tenant Patrol cameras visible by ALL residents over their smart phones and tablets

Public Health Emergency

During the first several months of the COVID-19 pandemic, resident leaders had no way to monitor and communicate about the status of isolated seniors... Solution: Create a mobile radio network of community first responders to monitor and report on at-risk residents

Personal Safety Issue

A concerned mother came to her resident leader about an unidentified adult that was stalking her daughter. The resident leader retrieved the recording from the building camera that she controlled and successfully identified the person for the authorities.

Here's what folks have to say about us

So I found these genius local guys, the Digital Divide Partnership. They set up the cameras so you could see the feed on smart phones and computers. They also put Wi-Fi in the building running off a solar panel for free. It was fantastic..”
John Johnson, Former President Mott Haven Houses - The Bronx, NY
“We needed a way to communicate with our residents directly. And we needed a way for residents to talk with each other.  The Smart Community Initiative and their technology partners created a streaming radio station for us right in the basement of our housing development.”
Carlton Davis, Former President Grant Houses Resident Association - Harlem, NY
